Scott Hemingway is a recognized expert in Active Shooter and Workplace Violence. After 23 years as a member of the Rhode Island State Police, Mr. Hemingway retired as a Lieutenant and began his career in the private security sector. His background and experience includes instructor training and certification in many areas, including AVADE Active Shooter/Workplace Violence Prevention, Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention (CPI), Advanced Applied Physical Training (CPI), Security Officer Customer Service (SOCS), NRA Certified Firearms Instructor and Healthcare Facility Security.
